30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with its included accessories.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Contact us before sending the item to obtain return authorization and return instructions. The return address is Harmonytone, 39 Grande Rue Haute, 89430 Tanlay, France. Returns are sent to France.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered, contact [email protected] with the order details and a description of the issue. We will review the issue and coordinate an appropriate resolution. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Return shipping and fees
Harmonytone covers return shipping where the return results from our error, damage or a product defect. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. There is no restocking fee. Contact us for instructions before arranging return shipment.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. If you need help locating an approved refund, please contact [email protected].
