Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders.

Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with included accessories. Contact us first for authorization. Returns are sent to our company address in France.

Desktop models use replaceable AA batteries, not included. Other models use a built-in rechargeable battery and include a USB-C cable; a wall adapter is not included. Check the individual product page.

No. These products are for dry cleaning only. Do not collect liquids, hot ash, sharp debris or construction dust. Keep motors, batteries and charging components dry.
